It seems like Heroes is just as embattled offscreen as well as on: Writers/producers Jeph Loeb and Jesse Alexander were fired, and a scathing Entertainment Weekly cover story wonders where it all went wrong. Unfortunately, "Eris Quod Sum"'s confusing plot twists and lack of character development only underscore why Heroes is a show in crisis.
